I feel so bad!!! This morning on the way to work, driving around the Multi occupancy lane onto the motorway with two cars in front and a BMW bike behind me. Suddenly, as we speed up for the motorway entry, a car swings from the queue in the single lanes in front of us without indicating and across the double white lines. Then slams his brakes on for the red light (that doesn’t apply to this lane). Cars squeal and honk, BMW goes left I go right.
As I pass, powered by adrenaline, I lean out to give him the bird.. And he begins to nudge right again. Result I clip his mirror with my hand and pull it completely off!!! Not intentional but a bit stupid on my part.
There’s more to the story as well but you’ll have to see me personally to get that so I protect identities :-).
I guess; as was mentioned, he was lucky not to have two cars parked in his boot, but still feel bad about taking out his mirror.
